Opportunity Watch Co. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services—including our intelligence platform designed to scan the globe for luxury watch market floors and arbitrage opportunities—in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping and data experience (the “Services”). Opportunity Watch Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND GIVEAWAYS When you place an order or enter a giveaway, you are making an offer to participate or purchase. Opportunity Watch Co. reserves the right to accept or decline your order or entry for any reason at its discretion. We regularly provide luxury watch giveaways to our subscribers as part of our launch and ongoing movement. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. This applies to both purchased items and giveaway prizes.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including all brands, intelligence tools, text, images, and the design of our watch platform, are owned by Opportunity Watch Co., its affiliates or licensors. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools (such as market trackers or raffle widgets) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.
